Companies publish photos of people on social media, career pages, press releases and event galleries. But "we have the photo" is no longer enough. If a person can be identified in a photo, it becomes a personal data issue. That is WHY companies need a clear process: where the photo will be used, for what purpose, for how long, and whether consent can be proven or withdrawn.
